Work in the production of ready-made snacks Tapas

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Szczecin, Andrzeja Struga 44 (right bank of the city).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Szczecin.

💵 Salary:
- 23 zł/hour net without signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 24 zł/hour net when signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes there may also be working Saturdays;
- The working day lasts 8–10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:15, and for longer working day — to 17:15;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:15;
- Two 15-minute breaks are provided during the work day;
- Work takes place only during the day;
- On average, it is possible to work 180–250 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, the working hours will increase. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours will decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to pack ready-made products in plastic trays: cheese, salami, bacon, olives, and various snacks. At the end of the shift, you need to clean the workspace, which usually takes 1–2 hours and is included in the working hours.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, own housing is required;
- No allowance for independently rented housing is provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is conducted in a standing position at the conveyor line;
- Before starting work, all jewelry, as well as extended nails and eyelashes, must be removed, because it is important to adhere to hygiene and product quality requirements in production;
- The temperature in the working premises is maintained from +8 to +12 degrees;
- The work does not involve significant physical exertion. The hardest thing that may be required during work is to lift a box of products;
- Transport to the work place is not provided, so you need to travel independently using public transport;
- Medical examination and sanitary book cost 150 zł (amount deducted from salary);
- Advance payment is credited after 7 - 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a minimal conversational level is required.

✅ Advantages:
- Protective work clothing and footwear are provided free of charge. You need to have your own comfortable clothing under protective clothing;
- Work takes place only during the day, without night shifts;
- Work experience is not required;
- All work processes are explained on-site and help to adapt quickly, so starting work will be easy even without experience;
- Assistance in obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks in advance. There are no fines or deductions from the salary, the main thing is to inform in time.
