Work in plastic products manufacturing Rosti

🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
Umowa o pracę:
- The average salary is 4806 zł gross per month;
- A bonus of up to 15% of salary is provided.
Umowa zlecenie:
- 22,68 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25,36 zł/hour net under the Polski Ład law;
- 25,36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- A bonus of up to 10% of salary in gross is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work is organized in shifts: 2 days in the first shift, 2 days in the second, 2 days in the third, followed by 2 days off;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to service up to three production machines, check the quality of finished plastic products, count the manufactured parts, fill out product records sheets, and pack the finished products into boxes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- No allowance is provided for independent housing rental;
- A separate room is provided for married couples.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa o pracę or Umowa zlecenia. Once the type of contract is chosen, it cannot be changed to another one, so it's worth deciding immediately.

📌 Additional information:
- Good eyesight, attentiveness, manual skills, and a desire to work are important for the job;
- The work takes place standing at the conveyor line or production machines, with no need to lift heavy items;
- Public transport can be used to reach the workplace;
- Assembly of plastic products is conducted in comfortable conditions using modern equipment;
- The cost of work clothes is 100 zł and is deducted from the salary only if worked less than 3 months;
- An advance is provided after 5 worked shifts in the amount of 200 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th to a bank account.

⏳ Work term according to the contract: 
It is required to work at least 3 months. If you suddenly decide to end the work earlier, 700 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
