Bakery Production Job at Wytwórnia Chleba Rzemieślniczego

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Legionowo, Stefana Batorego 56 (~25 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 24,60 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- A day off can fall on a weekday as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, there is a paid break of 30 minutes, and additionally, several short breaks for rest are provided.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to sort and pack finished products, check their quality, including appearance, integrity, and weight. It is also necessary to neatly place finished products in boxes and maintain order in the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł per month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent renting of accommodation, a bonus of 1 zł for each working hour is provided (the bonus is not provided for students);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with ordinary comfortable beds;
- You can get to work on foot, the road takes about 40 minutes, or by public transport. The cost of a travel card is about 100 zł per month.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing by the conveyor line. Sometimes they may also involve cleaning the line;
- Transport to the place of work is not provided, so you need to get there by public transport yourself;
- Temperature at the company is +22 - +23 degrees;
- You need to work with weights up to 10 kilograms;
- You need to bring lunch with you;
- During work, it is not allowed to have artificial nails, eyelashes or wear jewelry;
- Medical examination costs 200 zł (the cost is deducted from the first salary);
- It is possible to receive an advance weekly (the first advance is provided after 5 days of work in the amount of 200 zł);
- Salary is credited on the 25th of the following month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum work period is 2 months. If you plan to leave, you must notify two weeks in advance. If this is not done in time, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
