Work at the UPS postal warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Dobra, Wodna 47 (~20 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- The approximate gross salary is 4,377.63 zł/month. For individuals under 26, around 3,437.49 zł net, and for those over 26, approximately 3,314.49 zł net.;
- A 20% surcharge is paid for night work from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Overtime hours are paid an additional 50%;
- A 100% surcharge is paid for work on holidays and weekends.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Workday lasts 7 hours;
- First shift from 14:00 to 21:00;
- Second shift from 19:00 to 02:00;
- Third shift from 21:45 to 04:45;
- Overtime hours occur from time to time, depending on the needs of the warehouse. 

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Involves loading and unloading parcels, scanning and sorting them, as well as working on the production line.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation is provided;
- There is no allowance for independent rent;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- Comfortable living conditions are provided;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- The lodging includes Wi-Fi and all necessary amenities for comfortable living.

Umowa o pracę.

📌 Additional information:
- During work, it is necessary to lift loads weighing approximately 20 - 30 kilograms, depending on the type of parcel;
- An advance is provided after a week of work without any absences in the amount of 100 - 200 zł;
- The salary is paid on the 10th of the month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working period:
You must work for at least 3 months, otherwise, 500 - 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary.
