Work in the Sinsay, Reserved, and Cropp (LPP) clothing warehouse

🧑🏻 Applicants: 
Men, women, married couples up to 45 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Przyłęki, Biznesowa 1 (~15 km from Bydgoszcz).

💵 Salary:
- 31,40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).
Seniority bonus applies:
- For the period of work from 150 to 300 days, the bonus is 0.50 zł/hour net (0.62 zł/hour gross);
- After 300 days of work, the bonus increases to 1 zł/hour net (1.24 zł/hour gross).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Rotation of shifts happens weekly.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Przyjęcie/wysyłka:
- You will receive and load goods. This process is performed by men.
R-Sort:
- You will check goods for defects and scan barcodes.
Pack:
- You will pack goods.
Pick:
- You will collect and sort clothing, label products, and remove magnetic clips.

The work can be on different processes. Who and where works depends on the need at the specific moment. Everything is distributed on-site, so it is impossible to say in advance. But all processes are clear, and everything will be calmly taught on-site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 500 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent housing rental, a bonus of 1.50 zł for each hour of work is provided (up to 300 zł/month);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people live in a room;
- Comfortable regular beds are provided in the accommodation;
- For a married couple, a separate room is provided to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract: 
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- You don't need to lift anything heavy;
- Work processes take place at tables and on conveyor lines, depending on the process;
- Work processes occur standing and in motion;
- No need to operate a forklift;
- It is possible to purchase lunch in the canteen or bring it with you;
- Comfortable room temperature is maintained in the warehouse;
- Transportation to the workplace costs 100 zł/month;
- Service shuttle buses are available, operating on specified routes through the city of Bydgoszcz and its surroundings, directly transporting to and from the warehouse;
- An advance is provided after 70 hours worked in the amount of 300 zł if living in employer-provided housing, or 600 zł if renting your own accommodation;
- Salary is credited to a bank account on the 15th of each month for the previous month worked.
