Work at the Pepco warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men, women, and married couples up to 45 years of age.

📍 Work Location:
Poland, Rawa Mazowiecka, Biała 5 (~65 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- The approximate salary is 5,355 zł/month gross. For individuals under 26, it's approximately 4,200 zł net, and for those over 26, it's about 3,979 zł net; 
- Night shift pay starts from 5.07 zł/hour gross;
- Bonuses are provided for meeting the targets.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes there are shifts on Saturday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is an opportunity for overtime if you want to earn more;
- The work schedule is prepared a month in advance with weekly updates of shifts.

It is also important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You will place products that come off the production line into special containers. It will also be necessary to neatly stack them on pallets according to standards and wrap them with stretch film to ensure safe storage and transportation.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Separate room for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are available in the accommodation;
- No additional payment for independent housing rental is provided.

📌 Additional Information:
- You need to be responsible and attentive to details. It is important to be able to work in a team and quickly complete your tasks;
- Work processes are carried out standing, and you also need to walk during the shift;
- You will be stacking packages from the line onto a pallet. Most packs weigh up to 10 kilograms, sometimes there are products weighing up to 15 kilograms;
- An advance payment is provided after a week of work without missing any days in the amount of 100 - 200 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 10th of each month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum Work Period:
You need to work for a minimum of 3 months, otherwise 500 - 1000 zł is deducted from your salary.
